1. Conclusion of the contract

2. Arrival and departure

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, room occupancy (check in time) is possible from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Room handover (check out time) takes place by 10 am. 5. Withdrawal by guest/orderer

In the event of withdrawal between the 20th and 15th day before the date of arrival, 50% of the room price will be charged. Cancellations between the 14th and 4th day before arrival will be charged 70% of the room price. 6. Liability

We are not liable for service disruptions in the area of third-party services that are merely arranged.

7. General information

We reserve the right to correct errors as well as printing and calculation errors.

8. Hotel cancellation insurance

We recommend travel cancellation insurance but we do not sell one.
