Mushroom excursions with Thomas

A special highlight are the mushrooms that host Thomas Kopp collects all year round in the woods and meadows and which are immediately processed into delicious dishes. Even in winter, Thomas knows where to find fresh mushrooms. The mushroom expert is happy to take guests on his excursions and explains what to look out for when picking the flavoursome mushrooms.

A large number of rare orchids and protected or red-listed plants still bloom in our unspoilt nature. Here you can see a selection of them. Guided tours are also organised from time to time.
